Allow me to introduce you to Carmat Collision Center In 1991, I started business at our present location with 3 employees. Through hard work, dedication, consistent attention to detail, and with the assistance of an excellent staff that has grown to include 23 full time employees, our shop has grown into a state of the art facility with 15,000 square feet of usable space. As owner and manager, I have over 20 years experience in the Auto Body industry. My previous positions included that of an Insurance Adjuster, Production Foreman, Estimator, Dealer and Independent Body Shop Manager. I am proud to say I have served as the district I-CAR chairman, and am a past President of the Santa Clara chapter of the California Auto Body Association. I have always been, and continue to be a firm believer in continued training in our industry. My staff and I have attended dozens of industry related courses and our shop has constantly maintained their I-CAR Gold classification through a commitment to ongoing education. The focus at Carmat Collision Center since day one has been the Customer and their constant satisfaction. We pride ourselves on handling the “people” aspect of our business by always treating everyone in a friendly and fair manner, getting customers back into their vehicles as quickly as possible, and performing quality repair work. Our Customer Sevice Index (CSI) ratings are consistently high and our excellent past customer referral rate proves we are doing a very effective job of communicating progress on each job, and we are consistently exceeding our customer expectations. We realize our success depends on continuously improving repair turn around time, responsibly and efficiently managing insurance claims. The recent conclusion of our long- range expansion plan resulted in the addition of more repair bays in the shop, and an ultra modern office space with original artwork on display. The expansion included the replacement of our paint-booths to facilitate our transition to spraying environmentally friendly low VOC Waterborne paint. We have also purchased additional high-tech repair and frame measurement equipment to allow us to handle today’s more complicated vehicles.I am proud of what we have accomplished to date, and feel Carmat Collision Center should be your only choice when it comes to having your car repaired to pre-accident condition.
